Sue Dieffenbach, RN, MS, CCN is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and holds a Bachelors Degree in Nursing as well as a Masters Degree in Human Nutrition. With over 30 years of experience in both private and clinical practice, Sue blends her passion for nutritional biochemistry with a holistic appreciation of the interplay between mind and body to facilitate healing. At Casa Palmera, Sue coordinates the Holistic Nutrition Program which includes an all natural, whole foods menu plan and individual nutrition consultations.
