At Casa Palmera, we offer numerous individualized treatment plans for each one of our residents and seek to make your stay here as beneficial as possible as you are guided through the recovery process. Our staff is willing to here to assist and answer any questions you may have about our programs.
6 Steps to a Successful Admissions Process
- Call us and receive your initial phone interview.
When you call you will speak with an admissions coordinator regarding fees, program structure and any additional questions you may have. If you find our program suitable to your needs you may at this time have your initial phone interview or schedule it for another time. This screening takes approximately 45 - 60 minutes.
- Make financial arrangements.
Casa Palmera has a standard day rate with additional charges for an extenuating medical circumstances or additional services. Talk with your insurance company as many carriers will provide full or partial coverage for your stay here.
- Check for medical stability.
Our facility has 24-hour medical staff, however; in order to be admitted one must be medically cleared. We will check for medical clearance as well as look at labs.
- Arrange for travel agreements.
Our staff here at Casa Palmera is willing to serve you in any way possible when it comes to your transportation arrangements. We can help in booking flights, hotels, and any other needs which may arise.
When you arrive at Casa Palmera...
- Meet with your admissions coordinator.
When you meet your admissions coordinator, you will proceed to fill out any additional paperwork, meet our staff, as well as tour our facility (if you have not done so already).
- Create your comprehensive personalized assessment.
This Clinical Diagnostic Assessment allows our professional team to then create for you an individualized program. By assessing your unique situation we feel that we will be better able to aid you in the recovery process and address not only the physical perspective of your addiction or disorder but also the psychological aspect.
