The 47 year old Bon Jovi rock star recently opened up about his recent stay at a alcohol treatment rehab center.  “I did detox” he told Matt Lauer on tuesday morning right after Bon Jovi performed on the Today show.  He says he didn’t “check into rehab”, but that “he was drinking too much and I needed to get my life together.  I’m still in therapy and stuff like that, but it’s good.  I’m great.  I feel fine”.

Lead singer Jon Bon Jovi says that the band has been through everything together and that they were supporing Sambora one hundred percent.  Sambora also went on to add that his died recently died too, so overall it has been a very rough year.  To top things off, his divorce from celebrity Heather Locklear was also finalized back in April.
