An arrest warrant has been issued for the Saving Private Ryan star Tom Sizemore, to determine whether crystal methamphetamine charges brought against him last month violate the terms of a previous conviction in 2004.

Sizemore is now required to turn himself over to authorities. The next step will be for a judge to decide if he should be sent to jail.

On May 8th, last month, Tom Sizemore was arrested and taken into custody when police searched a car he was sitting in outside of a hotel in Bakersfield, California. Police ended up finding two bags of Crystal Meth and pipes.
